Professional development for ‘new-to-role’ primary mathematics subject leaders – Academic Year 2017-2018

Subject leaders need to play an influential role in the school’s school improvement agenda. Throughout the academic year 2017 – 2018, Katherine and Jonathan will provide this termly training to empower ‘new-to-role’ subject leaders to develop the necessary skills and knowledge

During the year, the content will include:

  • Strategies to develop maths action plans aligned to school improvement plans
  • Sharply focused monitoring and evaluation strategies
  • Access to a relevant suite of documentation to support subject leaders with their middle leadership role
  • Opportunities for networking, professional reflection and identifying related professional development
